Any body know the law regarding keeping a cockerel in the back garden of a built up suburban area?
A close neighbour who keeps chickens has decided in the last few days to get a cockerel and crowing at 4.30 in the morning is not good for doing a decent days work. Especially when you were working until midnight and got to sleep at 1am. Would prefer to keep things low key not to build up neighbour issues but likewise it needs resolving.
