After getting married 3 weeks ago, Christmas 2010 is the first Christmas as husband and wife and we did it in style … or not.
On Wednesday/Thursday this week, Chez thought she had a chest infection and aches and pains from the stresses of the last few months. After being badgered to go to the doctors they said that she was coming down with flu like symptoms and told her to rest … yeah right. On Friday, Christmas Eve, I woke with a sore throat and some aches, cough etc, and figured I’d got something similar. We got over to my in-laws to do present swaps etc and by 5pm when we were back home I was throwing up left right and centre 🙁 I got a quick appointment at the docs before they closed and got an anti-emetic and that settled things down. Today (Christmas day) has been a struggle but we’ve both got through it although we are both knackered now, at 6pm. My first Christmas with my new wife
