Murphy is a chocolate labrador that we’ve inherited this evening.
The brother of one of the people down the road has split with his girlfriend and they’ve had to rehome their dog.
We were potentially looking for a lab and this one came up because Ant plays with his nieces
We’ve got him for 24 hours to see how he goes with Amy
UPDATE: 21st Sept … he is here to stay – well, everything except his ‘nads 🙂 He’s had a quiet night, no wimpering for “wheres my owner” or “where am i”. Seems to love fuss and chasing and retrieving one of Amy’s toy balls. It’ll probably take me a while to get used to him as I’m used to smaller dogs but he seems a happy chappy
